Your 100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee -- 100 percent of the time: We work very hard to ensure that your horse will love our treats. If for some reason this is not the case, please send Skode any unused portion of your horse's treats and Skode will send you new treats of equal value, or reimburse you for the cost of your treats. (Shipping costs can not be refunded.)

Your Shipping: Treats are shipped via Priority Mail, within 24-48 hours of being baked. We do not mass produce our treats and will even occasionally plan shipment for specific arrival dates -- generally around national holidays -- to ensure the freshness of your treats. If this occurs, Skode or a member of her staff will email you and/or call you with details. Please note that all treats are shipped in United States Postal Office Flate Rate packages. This allows us to ship by the amount of treats we can fit into your package -- not by the weight of your package. Shipping rates are calculated in the following levels:

LEVEL I: $4.75 shipping cost for treat orders $22.95 and under

LEVEL II: $9.30 shipping cost for treat orders $22.95 - $57.00

LEVEL III: $12.50 shipping cost for treat oders $57.01 - $104.94

LEVEL IV: $25.00 shipping cost for treat orders $104.95 - $209.88

* The one thing we have not been able to fit into the above levels is Advanced Protection Formula. If you are buying APF bottles, please email Skode and she will create a custom invoice for you so that you pay only $4.60 in shipping. Sometimes, she can even find ways to send your APF for no shipping charge at all.

Thus, the more treats you buy in any of these four shipping levels, the less you pay for shipping.

We do not charge handling fees.

Your Privacy: We take the privacy of your personal information seriously.

We do not collect or store any information about you. If you send us an email, we will reply to you, but will not hold or store your information unless you ask us to. Also - we will NOT sell your information. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will save your email address. That said, we will only use it for exactly that purpose alone! When you register at our site, we collect certain information about you. To login, we ask for your email address, username and password. We collect this information in order to send you any newsletters that you register for, updates and information about our products, and to respond to your questions. If you make a purchase on our site, we will ask you for your billing information including your name, address, email address, telephone number, and credit card information in order to process your order. We do not retain this information.
